Zizo also presents brief exercises that can be promptly incorporated to alleviate stress and anxiety, while simultaneously fostering resilience, happiness, well-being, and mindfulness.
Conceptualized by Dr. Amit Sood, a globally acknowledged expert in stress management and resilience, Zizo’s insights draw upon Dr. Sood’s thirty years of experience engaging with and instructing hundreds of thousands of students, patients, and peers.
Zizo stands apart from the vast array of motivational collections available. Each insight contained within has been deliberately curated to ensure practicality, relevance, and applicability in real-life situations. Several insights are the synthesis of extensive peer-reviewed research.
Accompanying each Zizo insight is a relevant image that collectively conveys a supportive message.
Zizo’s insights encompass a wide spectrum of subjects including stress, resilience, mindfulness, happiness, gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning, forgiveness, healthy living, exercise, diet, relationships, sleep, focus, curiosity, aging, success, productivity, self-worth, loneliness, spirituality, and more.
Zizo presents insights in groups of five units. At the conclusion of each unit, users are encouraged to implement one insight in their daily lives employing various techniques offered within the application.
Users accumulate coins through their interaction with Zizo. These coins unlock additional features. Presently available offerings include:

Subscription pricing and terms:
Zizo is provided free-of-charge to users.
The Immune Resilience course within Zizo is complimentary in exchange for 250 Zizo coins.
Zizo offers a 50% discount on the Resilience Masterclass (accessible at resilientoption.com), originally priced at $25 when exchanged for 500 Zizo coins. Users can also secure a full discount with 1000 Zizo coins (equivalent to a $50 value).
